“Music Inside Out” is a look at the music of New Orleans and its influence around the world. Each class, taught by Professor Irvin Mayfield, features a live performance and interview with a local musician or band. Students are graded based on their online blogs about the performances and about specified topics throughout the semester. Wednesdays, 6pm ~ Liberal Arts Building, Room 236
